The Antivirus Service allows Customers to outsource the management and maintenance of the computer security of their whole IT Infrastructure.

The Antivirus management, as well as the distribution of Microsoft updates or application security patches, is followed directly by the specialized personnel of Sedoc Digital Group.

Antivirus: Service Description

The Antivirus service includes three types of packages depending on the Customer’s operational needs:

 

Base

PRO

FSS

 

All three provide for the Kaspersky Endpoint For Business Select program and its management. Sedoc Digital Group’s specialist staff regularly checks that all workstations and servers receive definition updates.

The Kaspersky Endpoint For Business Select program is among the market-leading solutions.

 

It presents forefront technological solutions, such as the control of running processes to detect particular malicious attacks such as Ransomware.

 

Thanks to the control of USB devices, Kaspersky Security Network and Intrusion Prevention capabilities, customers can benefit from a level of security that is difficult to obtain with other Antivirus programs.

Antivirus Base

In the case of reports of infected stations, the SDG specialist personnel warns the Customer, without any proactive intervention.

 

Antivirus PRO (Proactive)

In addition to taking over the Antivirus program, Sedoc Digital Group’s specialist staff takes care of managing security updates on Microsoft, Apple and Linux systems and major business applications. In the event of an infected station being reported, the Sedoc Digital Group specialist staff proactively intervene to remotely remove the threat.

 

Antivirus FSS (Full System Service)

In addition to managing what is provided for in the Antivirus PRO, Sedoc Digital Group’s specialist staff proactively proceeds, in the event of an infected workstation, to the removal of the threat by intervening locally, if necessary.

 

Antivirus Base, PRO and FSS can be combined with:

 

Data Center Infrastructure Management,

Service Desk,

Print Management,

IT System Management,

Log Management.

 

 

Service Availability

Operators are available to customers from 8.30am to 6.30pm continuously, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If necessary, these times can be extended up to a coverage 24/7.

 

Antivirus: Report

At the end of each operational intervention, the Customer is provided with an intervention report containing the following information:

 

Ticket number

Name and surname of the person who opened the ticket (user)

Description of the problem

Intervention description

Date and time of opening/closing the ticket
